SALARY - BASIC CONCEPT:
Similarly situated staff with similar experience doing similar work is paid similarly.
Starting salary:
BA or less - full time $29,000, fee for service $26.29/hr
Masters (not independently licensed) - full time $31,000, fee for service $31.55/hr
Masters (independently licensed) - full time $33,000, fee for service $36.81/hr
An additional $250/per year of relevant experience will be acknowledged to full-time staff.
