Our History Today’s Child Guidance & Family Solutions was once two separate entities: Child Guidance Centers, founded in 1939 and Family Solutions, founded in 1922. Since merging the two on July 1, 2003, we have been able to offer a unique approach that provides educational services and support to people of all ages. By uniting two agencies, we can interact with children and their parents, as well as other adults and the community at large to strengthen the fabric of our society.
