The main source of funding is derived from the tax levy to support mental health services through the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board (ADM Board). State funding provides a little more than one-fourth of the Center's annual operating budget. Medicaid reimbursement for services and fees for service also make up around one fourth of the revenue. Grants and donations from foundations, corporations and individuals make up only about 4% of the total operating budget.
