Cook a meal together. Or find a TV show everyone can watch together.
• Find an activity you enjoy:
Do it consistently, whether it's reading, dance or a sport. It will give you a lift.
• Find something that doesn't cost money:
The library has free events and activities for all ages. School sports are great, too.
• Find someone to help you:
