Creating Happiness Group
Akron, OH - 03-10-2010 - A new personal growth group for adults – Creating Happiness – is being offered by Child Guidance & Family Solutions of Summit County.
The group will meet from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings, beginning April 8 and running through May 20, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 10285 Ravenna Road in Twinsburg. The group is open to adults only and the cost is $225.
Group participants will learn and put into practice techniques that scientists have shown to increase personal happiness. Participants will discover strengths and develop them to achieve important goals, while at the same time learning to maximize happiness by learning to savor the moment and express gratitude.
